Using WUKIT and this website
These terms set out expectations for using the WUKIT public website and the marketplace experience described here. WUKIT is presented by WUKIT Global Technologies Limited. Read these terms alongside the Privacy notice and any specific terms shown when you use an app feature.
Use the website only if you can follow these terms. Browsing does not register an account, accept a contractor’s quote or create a paid service agreement. A separate action and the applicable terms are required for an account, purchase or project commitment.
Clients, professionals and the platform
WUKIT connects people who need services with independent professionals and service businesses. Marketplace professionals are responsible for the services they offer; they are not presented as WUKIT employees. A profile, introduction or message does not mean that WUKIT is the contractor performing the work.
Clients choose whom to engage. The client and professional should agree the work, responsibilities, price, timing, access and changes directly and keep a written record. Both sides remain responsible for their own commitments.
DSA Solar & Smart Living is a separate WUKIT in-house division. A DSA consultation or installation follows its own agreed scope and terms, rather than the ordinary marketplace-provider relationship.
Eligibility, accounts and accurate information
Follow the eligibility requirements shown when registering for an app account. You must have authority to act for any business, property owner or other person you represent and to enter any agreement you make.
Provide accurate contact, role, profile and project information. Keep your account access secure and tell support if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not use another person’s identity or create a misleading account.
Professionals must describe their qualifications, experience and services honestly and meet the requirements applicable to the work they undertake. Do not present somebody else’s work as your own.
Jobs, quotes and communications
Describe a job clearly, including its location, known conditions, access requirements and important constraints. Do not post work that you are not authorised to arrange. Service descriptions on this website are general information, not a quote or a promise of local availability.
A quote should explain its scope, inclusions, exclusions, materials, responsibilities, timing and any provisional items. Clarify uncertainty before accepting it. Record agreed changes, costs and approvals in writing.
Use messages responsibly. Do not send spam, pressure someone to disclose private information or misrepresent the status of a project. Keep relevant records of the conversation and any agreement.
Opportunities, credits and memberships
The professional journey described on this website includes verification and the use of credits to unlock an opportunity. Access to an opportunity allows a professional to connect; it does not guarantee a response, a job, revenue or a particular outcome.
Before obtaining credits, accessing a paid opportunity or joining a membership, review the current price, what is included and any expiry, renewal, cancellation or refund conditions presented for that action. This website does not set a credit price, subscription charge or refund entitlement.
WUKIT Elite is a separate membership from profile verification. Do not assume that membership provides a particular ranking, exclusive work or guaranteed results. Planned features and partner services are not available merely because they are described on the website.
Payments, milestones and refunds
This public website does not accept marketplace payments. The product information describes agreed project stages and payment records. Recording a payment is different from processing, holding or safeguarding funds.
Before paying, confirm the recipient, purpose, amount, currency, due date and applicable payment terms. Any payment service, wallet, payout or milestone tool is subject to the terms and availability shown for that feature. Do not assume that a project record provides escrow, insurance or a workmanship guarantee.
A project cancellation, refund or credit concern should be raised promptly with the party responsible for the charge and, where relevant, WUKIT support. Keep the quote, agreement and payment references. No universal refund period or automatic reimbursement is promised by this page. Your applicable legal rights are not excluded.
Verification, reviews and informed decisions
Verification indicates completion of the checks applicable to the status shown. It is not a guarantee of skill, licensing for every trade, ongoing conduct or the outcome of a job. Review the information relevant to your project and ask for clarification where needed.
Reviews should reflect a genuine experience and be accurate, relevant and respectful. Do not invent reviews, impersonate a reviewer, conceal a material connection or offer misleading feedback in exchange for a benefit. Keep personal contact details and sensitive information out of public reviews.
Acceptable use and safe conduct
Use WUKIT for legitimate enquiries, projects and professional activity. Respect the people involved, their property and their privacy.
- Do not commit fraud, impersonate another person or provide false qualifications, project details or payment claims.
- Do not harass, threaten, discriminate against or exploit another person.
- Do not share unlawful, abusive, stolen or privacy-infringing content, malware or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Do not try to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, obtain private records or access another person’s account without permission.
- Do not arrange unsafe or unlawful work. Agree practical access and safety arrangements with the people responsible for the site.
Content, intellectual property and tools
WUKIT branding, website design and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Photography and other third-party material may have separate licences, identified on the Image Credits page. Do not imply an endorsement or reuse material without the necessary permission.
Only submit content you own or are entitled to share. You remain responsible for its accuracy and for obtaining appropriate permissions. Posting material for a project does not authorise unrelated use of someone’s identity, work or property.
AI-assisted wording and design concepts need human review. Check accuracy, feasibility, ownership and suitability before relying on an output. General editorial or product information does not replace project-specific professional advice.
Concerns, disputes and access restrictions
For a website or account concern, contact support@wukit.app. Include a short description, the relevant reference and the outcome you are seeking. Do not send passwords or full card details. For an immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service; a support email is not an emergency-response channel.
Where safe and appropriate, first raise a project concern with the other party and retain the agreed scope, messages and supporting records. Contacting WUKIT does not itself start formal arbitration or guarantee a particular dispute outcome.
Access or content may need to be restricted where there is misuse, a security concern or a legal requirement. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, contact support with the relevant account information. This does not promise automated monitoring or inspection of every interaction.
Availability, responsibility and third-party services
Features, service availability and access requirements can change. The website does not promise uninterrupted access, the availability of a particular professional or an error-free result. Check the current information before making a decision.
Each party is responsible for its own actions and commitments. Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. This page does not create a blanket waiver of consumer rights.
External websites, app stores and services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not make WUKIT responsible for that service or establish a commercial partnership.
Changes and contact
Check these terms and any feature-specific conditions when using a service. A change to website wording does not by itself rewrite a project agreement already made between a client and professional.
