THE COMPLETE SMART-PROPERTY EXPERIENCE

Thought through.
Together.

Energy, access, connectivity and everyday controls affect one another. Planning them together helps reveal the practical requirements before products are chosen.

Start with the property.

Its layout, electrical supply, routines and future plans.

Connect the decisions.

Consider equipment compatibility, installation and everyday use in the same conversation.

Plan beyond installation.

Discuss handover, maintenance and support as part of the proposed scope.

HOW IT WORKS

A conversation.
Then a practical plan.

Start with a conversation. You do not need a technical plan. These six stages explain the path to an agreed installation.

  1. 01

    Consultation

Tell us about your property and priorities. You do not need a technical plan.

  2. 02

    Site assessment

Review the space, existing systems and practical installation requirements.

  3. 03

    Solution design

Bring the assessment findings together in a proposal for your property.

  4. 04

    Quotation

Review the proposed scope and costs before deciding whether to proceed.

  5. 05

    Installation

Installation follows the agreed scope and approved plan.

  6. 06

    Handover & support

Get to know the system, its care requirements and the support arrangements agreed for it.

An enquiry does not commit you to a project. Assessments, scope and costs are discussed before work is agreed.

WHY DSA

A thoughtful partner
for the possibilities.

DSA brings energy and smart-property planning into one experience, rooted in the needs of Jamaican properties.

Integrated thinking

Consider energy and technology together, with attention to the connections between them.

Consultation first

Start with your goals and the property itself, before a particular product or installation.

A practical path

Move from assessment to a proposed design, clear scope and an informed decision.

BEFORE WE TALK

A few useful answers.

Bring your questions. You don’t need to know the solution before starting the conversation.

What happens after I request a consultation?

The first conversation is about your goals and property. It helps establish what information or assessment is needed. An enquiry does not commit you to an installation.

Is the consultation free?

The initial consultation is offered without a charge. If a site visit or specialist assessment requires a fee, its scope and cost should be agreed before that work proceeds.

Can I discuss more than one solution?

Yes. Select Multiple Solutions or Not Sure / Need Advice. Solar, backup power and connected-property technology can be considered together.

What information should I prepare?

Your parish, property type, priorities and any existing equipment details are useful. Recent electricity bills help with solar and battery planning. Uploads are optional; do not share identity documents or payment details.

Does DSA work only with homes?

The consultation process also welcomes enquiries for businesses, hospitality, schools, developments and public-sector properties. Project scope and location are reviewed individually.

Can I ask about maintenance or an existing system?

Yes. Include the system type, approximate age and the support you need. Any maintenance or monitoring arrangement will depend on the equipment and the agreed scope.
